THE COVEN KEEPERS

This document governs your participation in The Coven Keepers Training Program (the “Program”), operated by Petersen Partners LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms, Waiver, and Code of Conduct.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Coven Keepers is an educational and spiritual mentorship program that may include:

• Digital course content

• Live group calls and ceremonial circles

• Community discussion spaces

• Personalized astrology, Human Design, and related readings

• Facilitation training and leadership development

The Program is intended for informational, educational, and personal growth purposes only.

2. NOT MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR PROFESSIONAL CARE

The Program is not a substitute for professional services.

The Company does not provide:

• Medical care

• Mental health therapy

• Psychological counseling

• Crisis intervention

• Legal or financial advice

You acknowledge that the Program is not a clinical or licensed therapeutic service.

If you require medical or mental health support, you agree to seek assistance from qualified professionals.

3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing

• Your participation is voluntary

• You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take as a result of the Program

• The Company is not liable for outcomes resulting from your participation

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that participation in personal growth work, group discussion, ritual practice, and emotionally reflective content may involve risks, including emotional discomfort.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. COMMUNITY CONDUCT AND PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

You agree to engage respectfully with all participants and facilitators.

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

• Disruptive conduct that compromises group safety

• Sharing confidential information of other participants

• Recording or distributing Program sessions without permission

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund, to protect the integrity of the Program.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

You acknowledge that the Program may involve personal sharing by participants.

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any private information shared by other participants inside Program spaces.

This includes verbal sharing, written posts, or any identifying details.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received in full or the first installment of an approved payment plan is completed.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.

8. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued except where required by law or at the Company’s sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials are the exclusive property of the Company, including but not limited to:

• Videos, written lessons, workbooks, and guides

• Ritual frameworks and facilitation processes

• Downloads, templates, and proprietary teachings

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from Program materials without written permission.

Access is granted for personal use only.

10. CERTIFICATION DISCLAIMER

The Program may offer a completion-based certification.

You acknowledge that this certification:

• Is not a professional license

• Does not qualify you as a medical provider, therapist, or licensed counselor

• Represents completion of a spiritual and educational training within this Program’s framework

11. DIVINATION+ DISCLAIMER

Astrology, Human Design, and related practices are offered as tools for reflection and personal insight.

They are not guarantees of outcomes, predictive certainty, or replacements for professional advice.

You retain full responsibility for your life choices.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.

You agree that the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO PROGRAM

The Company reserves the right to modify the Program structure, schedule, or content at any time to improve delivery or respond to unforeseen circumstances.

Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

1. PROGRAM PURPOSE

The Coven Keepers is an educational and spiritual mentorship program that may include:

• Digital course materials

• Live group calls and ceremonies

• Community spaces

• Facilitation training

• Astrology, Human Design, and related reflective practices

The Program is provided for educational and personal development purposes only.

2. NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH CARE

The Company does not provide:

• Medical services

• Mental health counseling or therapy

• Crisis intervention

• Legal, financial, or clinical advice

Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship.

You agree to seek qualified professional support when needed.

3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing

• You assume responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes

• The Company is not liable for decisions you make during or after the Program

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or the first installment of an approved payment plan.

Payment plans must be completed in full. Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the Program without refund.

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to immediate access to digital materials and limited-capacity enrollment, all sales are final.

Refunds are not provided except where required by law or at the Company’s sole discretion.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials are the exclusive property of the Company, including:

• Videos, lessons, workbooks, templates

• Ritual frameworks and facilitation processes

• Written and spoken teachings

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share Program content without written permission.

Access is for personal use only.

7. CERTIFICATION DISCLAIMER

Any certification offered through the Program:

• Is not a professional license

• Does not qualify you as a therapist, medical provider, or counselor

• Represents completion of a spiritual-educational training only

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

Because the Program may include optional in-person moon circles, ceremonies, or group gatherings, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that participation in live group events may involve risks, including but not limited to:

• Emotional discomfort

• Physical movement or somatic practices

• Travel to and from event locations

• Group-based vulnerability

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the Company, its owner, facilitators, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from participation in live events.

3. MEDICAL FITNESS

You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in group gatherings and will seek professional support if needed.

4. NO EMERGENCY SERVICES

The Company does not provide emergency medical or mental health services during events.

If you experience an emergency, you agree to contact appropriate local services.

The Coven Keepers is a values-based community container. By participating, you agree to uphold the following standards:

1. RESPECTFUL PARTICIPATION

You agree to engage with others with respect, care, and maturity.

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct will not be tolerated.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree that all personal sharing by others in the Program is confidential.

You may not share another participant’s identity, story, or experiences outside the container.

3. NO RECORDING OR DISTRIBUTION

You may not record, reproduce, or distribute Program calls, ceremonies, or participant discussions without written consent.

4. RESPONSIBLE USE OF THE SPACE

This Program is not a substitute for therapy, and group spaces are not intended for crisis-level processing.

Participants are expected to practice self-responsibility and seek outside support when needed.

5. REMOVAL POLICY

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these Terms or disrupts the integrity of the Program.

Removal may occur without refund.

By participating in The Coven Keepers Training Program, including any live virtual or in-person gatherings, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. MEDIA RECORDING

You understand that the Company may photograph, video record, or otherwise document portions of the Program for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Educational use

• Program archives

• Marketing and promotional materials

• Social media content

• Website or sales materials

• Future course development

2. CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS

By enrolling and attending Program sessions or events, you grant the Company the right to use your name, image, voice, likeness, and participation in any photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the Program.

This consent includes use in both digital and print formats.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SENSITIVE SHARING

The Company agrees that recordings will never intentionally capture or publicly share private participant disclosures, vulnerable processing, or confidential circle-sharing without explicit written consent.

Media use will focus on general atmosphere, educational moments, or non-identifying content.

4. NO COMPENSATION

You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for the use of any media in which you may appear.

All media remains the sole property of the Company.

5. PARTICIPANT RECORDING PROHIBITED

Participants may not record, photograph, or distribute any Program content, calls, or ceremonies without prior written permission from the Company.

This is to protect the privacy and integrity of the group container.
