My path into this work did not begin with witchcraft.
It began with questions.
I originally entered the world of psychology through formal study, pursuing the foundations of therapy, trauma healing, and the science of the nervous system. I was always drawn toward what is real, what is evidence-based, and what genuinely helps people return to wholeness.
But alongside that, I was also living through my own unraveling.
Over the years, I moved through a deep deconstruction of religious trauma- an undoing of inherited fear, shame, and the ways women are taught to distrust their own bodies and inner knowing. That deconstruction eventually expanded into everything: my identity, my choices, my relationship to power, spirituality, and selfhood.
And on the other side of that process, I found something ancient.
Not a fantasy, but a reclamation.
The feminine, the cyclical, the mythic—moon wisdom, ritual, archetype, circle—returned not as “woo,” but as a form of healing. A language for what the body already knows. A way of remembering what modern life often strips away. My work is deeply trauma-informed, rooted in nervous system attunement, and grounded in both discernment and devotion. I care about science and proof as much as I care about mystery. I believe the sacred and the practical belong together.
The Coven Keeper path is where those worlds meet.
Not escapism, but initiation.

I call myself a Cosmic Witch because my path into this work was not aesthetic- it was initiatory.There was a season of my life when everything was stripped away. Illness brought me to the bones of myself, and my Saturn return arrived not as a concept, but as a reckoning. Then Saturn moved into my twelfth house (crossing my chart ruler and Sun) stretching that transformation into something longer, quieter, and even more total. It was as if life demanded that I rebuild from the ground up: identity, body, mind, spirit.When you become unwell… when community falls away… when even your relationship to God dissolves… you are forced to meet yourself with nothing left to cling to. You meet your own soul fully naked. And from that emptiness, something ancient begins to return.That was where I found the magick.Not in escapism, but in the mundane. In breath, in ritual, in the everyday holiness of being alive. In learning how to worship my body, my energy, my truth- not as performance, but as survival and reclamation.Astrology, Human Design, and the language of witchcraft became mirrors for me- not superstition, but symbolism. Frameworks that gave words to experiences I could already feel in my bones. Tools of remembrance. A way of making meaning, of finding beauty again, and of returning to authenticity when everything else had been stripped away.This is what I mean by Cosmic Witch. Certified First Moon Circles educator, supporting young girls and their caretakers in menstrual and cyclical education
Created the first Coven moon circles in Orange County, CA & Seattle, WA- grounded spaces for reflection, ritual, and community
Over 15 years of experience guiding women’s groups and holding leadership roles in feminine-centered spaces
Practicing Astrologer and Human Design reader, offering archetypal tools for self-understanding and circle leadership
Licensed esthetician with a devotion to embodied care, feminine wellness, and the holistic healing arts
