My path into this work began not with witchcraft, but with psychology, trauma healing, and a deep devotion to what is real, evidence-based, and genuinely transformative. Over the years, I moved through an intense deconstruction of religious trauma and the inherited ways women are taught to fear their bodies and distrust their inner knowing. On the other side of that unraveling, I rediscovered the feminine, the cyclical, and the mythic- not as escapism, but as reclamation.
